Returns Period:
We accept returns within 15 days of the date of delivery. Please make sure to initiate the return process within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached.

Please note that the above-listed items are not eligible for return or exchange. Due to their unique nature or customization, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these particular products. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- The original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.
- Any accessories or free items received with the purchase must also be returned.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent any damage during transit.
- Include the return authorization and any relevant documentation inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team using a trackable and insured shipping method. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs, except in cases where the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
