I placed an order for 12 curtain panels over a month ago and paid $1,598.40. Also in the order were 2 kingsize duvets so the total order was $2,148.00 I got an email 10 days later that the "Your Order Has Shipped." I received tracking and delivery of the 2 duvets, but no tracking or delivery of the 12 curtain panels. I have emailed linenshed Customer Service multiple times asking where the remainder of my order is. I've gotten no response. I'm out $1,598.40, and have no product...and yet, I get an email, "We fulfilled your order from our store LINENSHED 15 days ago and would love to get your feedback. Write a review." SERIOUSLY??? Hey, LINENSHED, why don't you answer emails? Show some proof that you sent me a tracking number for the 12 curtain panels. Show me some proof the order was delivered from the tracking--THERE IS NO TRACKING for the 12 curtain panels! Since you won't respond to any of my emails, here's the order number for the money you've stolen from me by not delivering the product ORDER ID24734. I've bought from LINENSHED for more than a decade and always had excellent experiences. My advice to anyone thinking about buying from LINENSHED is DO NOT!
