All our products are custom made for you, it is requesting certain time to make it, the processing time is about 3 to 5 working days.We dispatched it to our shipping agent on Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday every week.

Standard Shipping via post service is about 14 to 21 working days.
Express shipping via courier service is about 5 to 8 working days.
We are offering both shipping service to choose for order weight bellow 2.5kgs( 5.5lbs),and only express shipping service to choose for order weight above 2.5kgs( 5.5lbs).
The delivery charges are based on size, weight and destination for each shipment. The shipping rate is calculated by the system before check out. You also can have the estimate cost by edit the item into the cart to fill the state name and zip code in cart page.

Two days after dispatch, we will provide you with a tracking number to enable you to follow your parcel to its destination.The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and the buyer is responsible for customs duties and any taxes in the country of destination. We will not refund shipping charge for your refused shipment.

What is your shipping schedule?
We are shipping from Hong Kong 3 times a week, Tuesday – Thursday – Saturday
How long does it take to have my order shipped?
Most of the orders are processed and ready to ship within 5-7 days. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation of the Tracking number by email within the next 2 days. If your order is too large,we may split your parcel in multiple shipments, and you will be informed accordingly of one related tracking number per shipment.
How long does it take to receive my parcel?
We are shipping from Hong Kong by Express courier services for all orders above 1 Kg, your parcel will reach you within 5 to 8 working days. Small parcels are sent by post and may take between 15 to 21 days.
Does Linenshed ship worldwide?
Linenshed is already shipping to more than 30 countries worldwide but in case you are living in a country that is not listed on our website, please contact us and we will do our best to deliver your order after we have opened the service for your destination.
How much should I pay for my shipment?
Once you have kept items into the cart, you can instantly know the courier cost for your parcel. Just click on “Edit Cart” and fill your destination into our “Shipping Estimate” window featured at the bottom of the cart page.
Return & Exchange
What is Linenshed Return Policy?
Not satisfied with our product? Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. Please activate a return request via the "submit a return" section located in the footer of our homepage menu.
Please note that our team is processing your order almost immediately on receipt of it on first-come first-served basis. Therefor, Linenshed won't accept for any reason a cancellation of order over 24 hours that it has been validated, and even if the said order has not been shipped out.
You can return the product within 7 days from the time of receipt of your parcel, at your own expense, using the return card enclosed in the package you have received. All returns must be couriered to our Hong Kong office after receiving an authorization number from our Linenshed shipping department.
We only refund the price of the product deducted from the courier charges the customer paid during the purchase. Linenshed doesn't exchange returned items. The item in good condition will be refunded within 30 days of receipt.
Delivery fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original packaging and in their complete working condition.
Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
The customer must verify the good condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product at reception and declare an eventual defect within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
As for most products made from natural material, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations. The customer must accept a size discrepancy between the finished product up to 2" (5 cm) for bedding items as the linen is washed after processing.
Items from Home wear and Casual wear collection, Custom sized items, fabric by the meter, Quilted bedspreads, and selected items (please see the article description) are not eligible for return as they are custom made as per your size and color. Only in the case of evident defect shown on the product, we will accept your return. Please send photos prior to receiving our acceptance for return.
My Package was damage at receipt, should I refuse delivery?
If your packaging is damaged at reception, please don’t accept the delivery as Linenshed won’t take any liability for any damage caused to the products. Please claim immediately in presence of the courier officer, take pictures in its presence and send us an email to report about it. Accepting a damaged package and signing for good receipt makes you approving the package to be received in good state.
My product shows some defect, what should I do?
LINENSHED team and our seamstresses are fully committed to providing the highest quality bedding and clothing ever. However, if you find a fault in our product, or the product is not conformed to the order, the product will be refunded or exchanged. Any claim, supported by photos should be introduced within 24 hours. Please don’t open a dispute by Paypal or give a negative feedback prior that our customer service could find an amicable solution with you. Linenshed will decide whether you need to return the product to evaluate the defect. A slight difference in color is not considered as a defect, returns won’t be accepted for such reason.

How do I pay my order?
Our store offers Paypal as payment method to settle down your purchase, we don’t accept bank transfer or cheque.
By using Paypal, you can either debit your own Paypal account or pay without being a Paypal member with a debit or credit card.
Are my data protected when I checkout?
We are working with third party payment gateway and we have therefor no direct access to private information related to payment transaction.
Apart from it, any information we collect in relation with your order is kept strictly secured. Linenshed won’t share with third parties or use this information for any purpose without your consent under any circumstances.
Should I expect to pay taxes?
Each country has it’s own regulation in terms of maximum invoice amount to clear prior to pay any import taxes, please consult with us prior to order if you have any question.
Our product prices and shipping fees don’t include any import taxes and buyers are responsible for custom duties and any taxes in the country of destination. We will not refund shipping charges and products for a refused shipment.

If you wish to keep a note about your order, you need to select “Edit Cart” prior to check out. One “Special Instructions” window is featured on the cart page where you can draft your request.

Are you using various types of weight, thread count or linen quality in your collection?
All our bedding and clothing items are made from the same highest quality French linen featuring the same weight ( 185gsm / 5.50oz sq yd) , thread count and feel.
How should I care for my linens?
All our linen products are machine washable and come with a care label with washing instructions. Please visit our page for full care instructions.
What should I pay attention while ordering a fitted sheet?
The size of your mattress is the size to take into consideration to order a fitted sheet, measure carefully your mattress if you are not sure about it’s standard size, and check whether you need to get additional deep pocket option from our scrolled menu.
Our Standard size is 15" / 38 cm.
What if I want a different size or color to what is listed in your shop?
If you are requiring custom size for a duvet cover, flat sheet, fitted sheet or bed skirt which is not listed, you can select the closest size listed and mention the size you need into "Special Instructions" after you have selected "Edit Cart" and we will custom make your item accordingly. If you wish to have your own color combination for a Duvet cover or some loungewear, just indicate your choice of colors and we will make it at no extra charge.
